Welcome to our place.
One Tree Hill is part of the Carisbrooke
District,
South
Australian Branch, Scouts Australia.
Carisbrooke was once known as the Playford
District
and City of Salisbury Scout District.
Playford comprised
all of the Elizabeth Council area and the Munno
Para
Council area, while the City of Salisbury was all of
the
Salisbury Council area. A recent merger of the
districts
led the change to the Carisbrooke Scout District after
the
parkland that separated the two districts that are now
one.
One Tree Hill Scout
Group is located at the McGilp
community recreation and sports
area on the McGilp
road near the One Tree Hill Primary School.
Our Scout
Hall is a more than a colourbond frame and concrete
floor
shed. It's not the hall that makes the group, it's the
people
who are members that make the difference in what we
do.

We always need
volunteers to assist in making our building
a great place for the
youth. Assistance of the ongoing fittout
of the interior are greatly
welcomed. Our kitchen and storage
areas are almost complete and we
have preparations for the
lining of the foyer and installation of
a parent seating area.
Joey Scouts (6-8 years) meet on
Thursdays from 6.30pm till 7.30pm
Cub Scouts (8-11 years) meet on
Mondays from 7.00pm till 8.30pm
Scouts (11-15 years) meet on Fridays
from7.00pm till 9.00pm
Venturers (15-18 years) meet Thursdays from
7.30pm till 9,30pm
Committee meetings are on the 3rd Thursday of
each month at 7.30pm
